The Spinning classes are great to tone up your body and burn fat while protecting your joints. This low-impact class gives your body the necessary form of cardiovascular energy the heart needs! We may occasionally use light weights or resistance bands.
Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. And never expect the same workout. Tools we may use are a floor mat, light dumbbells (1lb-3lbs), loop bands, long bands and small balls.

You can expect cardio, bodyweight exercises, such as jump squats, pushups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints. Tools we may use are step platforms, from light to heavy weights, floor mat, battling rope, heavy medballs and/or loop bands.
This is a dance class focused solely on the variety of different dance styles such as: Bachata, Bossa Nova, Merengue, Rumba, Salsa, Samba, Son, and Chachacha.
Get ready to sweat during this calorie torching, music-pumping, high intensity interval training class designed to burn fat and leave you feeling energized. Tools we use are a platform and/or weights and floor mat.
